Abstract

The Sound of Music was a 2022 musical theatre production by Avondale Conservatorium, Avondale University. Creative Director was Sarah Morton and Musical Director was Aleta King. The Sound of Music season comprised four performances. The first three performances were in the Chan Shun Auditorium at Avondale University over Graduation weekend 2022. The first performance (April 8) attracted an audience of over 700, the second performance (April 9) attracted an audience of over 800, and the third performance (April 10) attracted an audience of over 700. The fourth and final performance was part of the North New South Wales Seventh Day Adventist Annual Convention held at Stuarts Point Convention Centre and attracted an audience of approximately 1,500.
