Darren was invited by the American Journal of Lifestyle Medicine to author a review paper on the Complete Health Improvement Program (CHIP) lifestyle intervention in recognition of CHIP being one of the world’s premier Lifestyle Medicine interventions. Darren was a lead developer of the intervention.
