A $6,500 grant provided by ADRA Australia and ADRA Timor Leste was used to conduct an evaluation of a water, sanitation and hygiene project (WASH) in partnership with ADRA Australia and ADRA Timor Leste.
The lecturer utilised 5 IPDS students to conduct an End of Project evaluation. The 2 week consultancy included 1 week of fieldwork and project visitation that culminated in a 7,000 word consultancy report to ADRA Australia.
The formal evaluation of the rate of impact is required by the Department of Foreign Affairs and ADRA Australia’s formal evaluation processes. Lessons learned will inform ADRA TL’s future WASH projects.
