Abstract

The Four Faces of Jesus profiles each of the gospel writers and shows how their testimony enables us to understand Jesus better when viewed from four different perspectives. As you read, you'll gain a new understanding of the parables, the sermon on the mount, the Olivet discourse, and many specific episodes such as the woman who washed Jesus' feet and the death of Lazarus. Discover ancient clues to the identity of Barabbas, and ponder archeaological findings that illuminate the horror of crucifixion.
