Th intervention is underpinned by contemporary theories of behaviour change and gold standard pedagogy.</p> <p><strong>Research Significance</strong></p> <p>The Lift Project has been the source of approximately 10 research publications and is used in workplace, educational, health care and community settings in several countries. The intervention is certified by the American College of Lifestyle Medicine.</p>
