Abstract
This chapter reports the responses of teachers employed in Seventh-day Adventist schools in Australia and the Solomon Islands to questions relating to their understanding of Scripture and authority. In also considers several questions that concern issues identified by North American Christian fundamentalists as defining their key conceptual basis, and discovers that while Adventist teachers should be considered to be theological conservative, they probably should not be classified as Christian fundamentalists.
