Abstract
Organisations are constantly looking for new ways to yield greater results and higher performance with minimum resources. This can only be achieved with a progressive learning ecosystem that strives to merge learning styles and techniques with blended approaches. At Mater Hospital, a facility of St Vincent's Health Australia, Tanya is responsible for developing promoting and maintaining educational services to support a culture of excellence. She will share her insights on:
-The importance of Learning Development to bridge performance gaps.
-Blended learning strategies to promote continuous learning
-The challenge of tracking learning outcomes and measuring performance.
