This has been true from apostolic days until the present time. However it is easier to view such struggles in other denominations, and those well removed from our present time. The struggle dealt with here relates to the proper usage of the writings of Ellen G. White in the Seventh-day Adventist Church. How her writings were used has been basic to most struggles that have gone on within the Seventh-day Adventist Church for almost 150 years.[from Introduction].
en-us
Dissertation: Thesis (M.A.)

Andrews University, School of Graduate Studies, Avondale Campus, 1994.

Published with permission from Andrews University.

Staff and Students of Avondale College may access a print copy of this thesis from Avondale College Library( 286.7 B72).
evangelicalfundamentalistEllen White1919 bible conferenceIn The Shadow of Ellen White: Fundamentalist and Evangelical Seventh-Day Adventists in ConflictThesis
