Abstract
Publisher's description of book:
Twenty-eight scholars - all with strong ties to Europe - have contributed to this collection of inspiring, and at times challenging, essays as a Festschrift in Honour of Dr. Jan Paulsen, the President of the worldwide Seventh-day Adventist Church.
This stimulating book examines important issues and crucial questions faced by Christian churches and missions. The essays cover a wide range of topics in Adventist studies, biblical theology, Christian ethics, educational and administrative themes, as well as missiology.
Each author has - at one time or another - been Dr. Paulsen´s teacher, student or fellow-minister in the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Together with about one thousand other colleagues and friends they want in this way to honour and thank Jan Paulsen for his long and outstanding services in his church.
